WEEKLY RESPONSIBILITIES 
  1. Attend weekly call
  2. Manage Customer Service tickets (avg. 20-50 a week)
  3. Reply to DMS across our social media platforms & Live Chat
  4. Increase customer reviews via Trustpilot

NOTE: Understand that this is a new role for MWS so you may perform other duties as assigned.
